RecurringDataFeeds (RDF)

Sole architect

Python/Prefect 3 ETL platform on Kubernetes spanning SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Databricks, Db2/Cosmos, and S3. Replaces a legacy SSIS package with 60+ sequence containers, 300+ SQL tasks, and 120+ data flows, and consolidates a 380+ report SAS estate. Claims feeds built end to end: automated claim routing, reversal logic, AUS work-item queueing, and downstream persistence.

$100K+/yr recurring savings today with a path to several hundred $K/yr; $3M+ projected claim-payout impact for Medicare & Retirement adjudication.

QRT

Primary engineer

Hybrid Express + Next.js platform for claims search, audit creation, and review over SQL Server, Hive, and MongoDB. 900+ commits across the stack — from query layers to review workflows.

Core day-to-day tooling for claims audit and review teams.

DataOnDemand

Lead engineer

Next.js self-service report catalog. Migrated report metadata from SQL Server to MongoDB and executes read-only reports across 7+ engines: SQL Server, Db2/Cosmos, Oracle, Snowflake, and Databricks.

Self-service reporting across 7+ database engines from one catalog.

Fastbase + DOC360

Contributor

React/Next + Node/MongoDB app replacing Excel/OneNote workflows. Built the DOC360 document feed in RDF to retrieve and email documents automatically.

Retired manual spreadsheet/OneNote workflows; automated document retrieval and delivery.

Platform & delivery ownership

Owned the platform layer across projects: SSO/OIDC reverse proxy, Kubernetes work pools and network policies, CI/CD with Artifactory + Vault, digest-pinned rollouts, and HIPAA/HITRUST/PHI/PII controls on Azure and GCP.

How I work

I turn manual, license-heavy, and legacy processes into automated systems that pay for themselves.

I started in process automation at Optum — $572K capital and $210K annual recurring savings in my first year of coding — and now architect AI-integrated claims solutions at UnitedHealthcare with $3M+ in projected claim-payout impact. I design, build, and ship end to end: Python/Prefect data pipelines, Next.js and Node services, and Kubernetes delivery, while juggling five production codebases in parallel.

My focus is simple: solve the real business problem, retire expensive legacy tooling, and make the impact measurable.

Where I've shipped
